Who is this for?
If financial stress is affecting your life, this program is designed for you!

What are you going to get?
A guided program to help you cope with negative feelings and enhance positive feelings (restoring balance!). You’ll get to meditate, acquire some valuable skills, and get to know yourself better. There will also be opportunities to interact with the Peace psychologists as they discuss relevant topics and answer questions submitted by you!

What do you need to do?
Invest ten minutes of your time a few times a week to build your skills. Over the course of 6 weeks, you’ll build skills that can help you through hard times--and enable you to make the most of good times.

Members of our Science Team will guide you every step of the way. We’ll teach you some of the most useful skills science has to offer for building peace and balance back into your life.
